Dr Pavle Spasojević
Full Professor, Faculty of Technical Sciences Čačak, University of Kragujevac
His research expertise represents synthesis, modifications and characterisation of bio-based polymers and their composite materials. As well as development of bio-based unsaturated polyester resins with tailored properties.
Dr Vesna Panić
Senior Research Associate, The Innovation Centre of The Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, University of Belgrade
Her research is related to development of various shapes and architectures of polymeric materials modified with inorganic and organic (nano)fillers (zeolite, hydroxyapatite, proteins, (nano)cellulose, etc.) to achieve better properties or new featured of the derived composites. She is an expert in fine tuning of synthesis parameters and material properties.
Dr Katarina Antić
Research Associate, The Innovation Centre of The Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, University of Belgrade
Her research is focused on natural polymers for environmental protection, novel materials for environmental remediation using agro-food waste. As well as synthesis and characterisation of bio- based polymers from various renewable resources.
Dr Maja Marković
Research Associate, The Innovation Centre of The Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, University of Belgrade
Her research involves design of sustainable polymer materials obtained through green processes by using natural recyclable and low-cost resources, such as cellulosic materials, casein, crotonic and itaconic acid. She is an expert in the characterisation of bio-based polymer material: analysis of their morphology, mechanical and thermal properties, encapsulation, and kinetic release of active compounds.
Dr Sanja Savić
Research Associate, Institute of Chemistry, Technology and Metallurgy, University of Belgrade
Her research is focused on synthesis, modifications and characterisation of natural polymers and polymeric materials obtained from renewable resources. As well as development of bio-based polymeric films intended for agricultural and food packaging applications.
MSc Olga Pantić,
Junior Research Assistant, Institute of Chemistry, Technology and Metallurgy, University of Belgrade
Her field of study is investigation of properties and sustainable applications of bio-based unsaturated polyester resins and their use as matrices in polymer composite material development, contributing to environmentally friendly alternatives in the field of material engineering.
Dr Milica Spasojević Savković
Senior Research Associate, The Innovative Centre of The Faculty of Chemistry, University of Belgrade
Her research is directed towards cell encapsulation into hydrogels composed of biopolymers, synthesis, characterisation, and application of methacrylate-based microporous carriers used for enzyme immobilization, development of novel enzyme carriers from compounds obtained from sustainable resources.
